Kevin is a highly skilled and eminently experienced trial lawyer. He has represented clients in both state and federal court in numerous jurisdictions throughout the United States in matters ranging from simple personal injury claims to complex multi-district litigation claims, construction defect claims, shareholder disputes, financial services claims, and disputes over intellectual property. Kevin has also represented foreign and domestic clients in international arbitration claims, executing judgments in foreign jurisdictions (primarily in Latin America and the Caribbean), and foreign manufactures in significant multi jurisdiction products liability claims.

He has served as national litigation coordination counsel for several fortunate 500 companies, overseeing claims in several jurisdictions in an effort to maximize efficiencies, create consistency and reduce the costs associated handling multiple litigation matters in multiple jurisdictions.

After more than 20 years spent working at large international law firms, he lamented and grew to despise the “cookie-cutter” approach to the practice of law that so many have adopted. Not only is it dull and unimaginative, it’s unrealistic. So he formed éClat Law, bringing together a gifted team of like-minded attorneys, consultants and professional staff. Collectively, they develop and implement practical solutions to legal issues which take into account the specific needs and realities of each client.

Kevin is also certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil and Appellate Mediator and provides mediation and arbitration services through the éClat Centre for Dispute Resolution.
