Cesar Neira is an associate in Éclat Law’s litigation department. Cesar practices mainly in the areas of business litigation, administrative law, and personal injury.

Prior to joining the firm, Cesar clerked at the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando, Florida. While a student at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, Cesar competed for the Barry Law Trial Team and served as the Note and Comment Editor for the Environmental & Earth Law Journal. Cesar is highly passionate about trial work and enjoys mentoring students on trial practices during his free time.
